Booking, Service, and Usage Policies for Ashe County Livery

Welcome to Ashe County Livery, LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our Websites (ashecountylivery.com, highcountryweddingtransportation.com, highcountrywinetours.com, yadkinvalleyncwinetours.com, ashecountyairportshuttle.com) or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Ashe County Livery, LLC provides luxury transportation services in the NC High Country and surrounding areas, including but not limited to:
All services are subject to vehicle availability, scheduling, and our service policies.
Airport Transfers. Airport transfers are paid in full at the time of booking. You are reserving a specific date, time, vehicle, and driver. We are a small company — once we are sold out we turn other travelers away, and a cancelled reservation cannot be re-filled. For that reason airport transfer bookings are non-refundable. Flight delays and cancellations are never charged an extra fee; we will work with you to reschedule around our existing schedule. In the event of an emergency we will work to postpone your trip to another day, subject to availability.
Weddings & Wine Tours. A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking, with the remaining 50% due 7 days before the trip. If the trip date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is due at booking. Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event receive a refund of 50% of the total amount paid, less a 3% credit card processing fee on the refunded portion — we absorb that processing cost out of your payment and it is not returned to us when a refund is issued. Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable. In the event of an emergency we will work to postpone your trip to another day, subject to availability.
We are a service business first. These terms are our policy, but our first move is always to keep you serviced — rescheduling, shifting times, or making other arrangements around our existing schedule whenever we can.

Our liability is limited to the cost of the transportation services provided. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, road conditions, flight delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
By providing your phone number on our booking or contact forms and checking the consent box, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Ashe County Livery, LLC related to your booking, including trip confirmations, driver and vehicle information, estimated arrival notifications, and service updates. Our text messaging program is used for transactional and customer care messages only; we do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ashe County, North Carolina.
