Welcome to Ashe County Livery. By accessing this website, requesting a quote, booking transportation services, or communicating with Ashe County Livery by phone, email, or text message, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Transportation Services
Ashe County Livery provides private, prearranged transportation services including, but not limited to:
- Wedding transportation
- Airport transfers
- Wine tours
- Group transportation
- Event transportation
All services are subject to vehicle availability, weather conditions, road conditions, and operational limitations.
2. Reservations & Deposits
Certain services may require a deposit to reserve vehicles and event dates.
Deposits are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Remaining balances may be due prior to the scheduled service date.
Failure to make required payments may result in cancellation of services.
3. Cancellations & Changes
Reservation changes are subject to vehicle and driver availability.
Cancellation policies may vary depending on:
- Type of reservation
- Group size
- Event date
- Time remaining before service
Certain bookings, including weddings and large group events, may be subject to stricter cancellation terms due to reserved vehicle capacity and scheduling commitments.
4. Passenger Conduct
Passengers are expected to behave in a respectful and safe manner.
Ashe County Livery reserves the right to refuse service or terminate transportation services for:
- Illegal activity
- Unsafe behavior
- Excessive intoxication
- Harassment of drivers or passengers
- Damage to vehicles
Passengers may be financially responsible for damages, excessive cleaning, or violations of law occurring during service.
5. Delays & Force Majeure
Ashe County Livery is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Traffic
- Weather
- Road closures
- Mechanical issues
- Accidents
- Natural disasters
- Venue delays
- Airline delays
While we make every reasonable effort to maintain schedules, exact arrival or departure times cannot be guaranteed.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ashe County Livery shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Missed flights or appointments
- Personal property left in vehicles
- Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control
Liability for any transportation claim shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific reservation in question.
7. SMS Messaging Terms
By submitting a mobile phone number through any Ashe County Livery website form (including quote request forms and booking forms) and checking the SMS consent checkbox, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Ashe County Livery related to your requested transportation services.

- You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message from Ashe County Livery. You will receive a one-time confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent.
